Returns and Refunds

Refund Policy

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, they may request a RETURN within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk; NERI VITTORIANO is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delayed delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or using the same method and type.

All returned items will be inspected by the staff of NERI VITTORIANO to ensure compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. NERI VITTORIANO reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the returned items can be resold. Such amounts will be determined after evaluating the return and exchange conditions and agreed upon with the Customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@padelpadel.it within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The email must specify the codes of the items intended for return. Once the return request is received, NERI VITTORIANO's customer service will send the Customer written confirmation with the instructions to follow.
The cost of returning the goods and the cash-on-delivery charge (if chosen as a payment method), in case of a return, are borne by the customer and therefore not refunded, unless otherwise specified at the beginning of this policy.

RETURN CONDITIONS (Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

To send one or more returns to NERI VITTORIANO, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:

  1. Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories) and all attached tax documentation. Therefore, open or used products cannot be returned. 
  2. The Customer wishing to make a return must submit the procedure to info@padelpadel.it
  3. If any of the above conditions are not met, NERI VITTORIANO reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the Customer's expense.

We urge you to take particular care of the purchased product, because missing or damaged items will be considered irremediably depreciated and unsellable, and therefore, with a value equal to zero euros.

N.B. Return shipping costs and fees (e.g., cash on delivery, return shipping, etc.) are in any case borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

The Right of withdrawal consists of the possibility – granted to the consumer for contracts concluded outside commercial premises (at home, on the street, by mail, etc.) or for distance contracts (via Internet, by phone, etc.) – to unilaterally decide to terminate the contractual bond with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS from its stipulation, consequently obtaining a refund of the price paid.

The term for exercising the right of withdrawal runs:

  • for goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer;
  • for services, from the day the contract is concluded.

If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is obliged to return them within 14 days (the postmark is proof) from the day of receipt of the goods.

The refund of the price paid must occur as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day the seller became aware of the consumer's exercise of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 (and subsequent amendments and integrations), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.

Method of exercise: 

To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days of delivery of the products or within 14 days of purchasing the services, by sending an email to info@padelpadel.it containing all the necessary and useful information for the correct processing of the return and refund request. 

This communication must necessarily contain all of the following: 

  • the Customer's express wish to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the purchase contract;
  • the number and a copy of the document (invoice – transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised; 
  • the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised. 

The credit will be issued by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the communication.
