NERI VITTORIANO has created and published the website www.padelpadel.it with the aim of offering a service reserved exclusively for its Customers.
The products sold on the website www.padelpadel.it are intended for the End Consumer.
By End Consumer, NERI VITTORIANO means a physical person acting for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial or professional activity, which is not limited to the resale of goods purchased on www.padelpadel.it.
NERI VITTORIANO therefore invites users who do not fall into the category of End Consumers to refrain from attempting to establish commercial relationships with NERI VITTORIANO and from forwarding purchase orders for goods sold through third parties.
In consideration of the commercial policy described above, we reserve the right not to process orders for goods whose use is not intended for the End Consumer or orders that do not comply with the commercial policies described above.
To place orders on www.padelpadel.it, customers must:
- be the end customer as defined in NERI VITTORIANO's Commercial Policy;
- be 18 years of age or older;
- possess the necessary requirements to enter into legally binding contracts;
- have a valid email address to which communications regarding placed orders will be sent;
- possess (for online payment) a valid credit card for online transactions: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or a verified PayPal account, or a bank account.

RETURN PROCEDURE
A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@padelpadel.it within 14 days of receiving the goods. The email must specify the codes of the items to be returned. Once the return request is received, NERI VITTORIANO's customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B) - Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

The shipment is at the Customer's risk: NERI VITTORIANO is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type thereof.
All returned items will be inspected by NERI VITTORIANO staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. NERI VITTORIANO reserves the right to evaluate any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items. These amounts will be determined at the end of the evaluation of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
The Right of Withdrawal consists of the possibility – granted to the consumer for contracts concluded outside commercial premises (at home, on the street, by mail, etc.) or for distance contracts
(via internet, by phone, etc.) – to unilaterally decide to terminate the contractual agreement with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS of its stipulation, consequently obtaining the refund of the price paid.
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:
– For goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer.
If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is obliged to return them within 14 days (postmark date is valid) starting from the day of receipt of the goods.
The refund of the price paid (including shipping costs) must be made free of charge, as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the consumer's exercise of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.
Method of exercise:
To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 30 days of the delivery of the products or within 30 days of the purchase of the services, by sending an email to info@padelpadel.it containing all the necessary and useful information for the correct processing of the return and refund procedure.
This communication must necessarily contain all of the following:
a. the Customer's express wish to withdraw fully or partially from the purchase contract;
b. the number and copy of the document (invoice – transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised;
c. the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised.
The credit, including shipping costs, will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the communication.
