Shipping Information
N.B. During promotions and/or sales, shipping costs may be subject to changes.
All Customers placing an order establish a commercial relationship with NERI VITTORIANO and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender, all shipping costs, charged to NERI VITTORIANO, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
Orders are shipped by NERI VITTORIANO (via SDA/Poste courier), from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
We would like to remind our new customers that NERI VITTORIANO may ask Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank, before the actual debit to the customer's credit card occurs. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.
Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the order placement, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability. Delivery times are generally 2/3 working days; depending on availability, delivery times may be longer.
The credit card will be charged on the day of the order.

In all cases, NERI VITTORIANO reserves the right to postpone shipment if events of force majeure occur.
Shipments to Italy and abroad are carried out via Express Courier by NERI VITTORIANO. As required by commercial laws, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of individual items in Euro. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
NERI VITTORIANO shipments are not insured against theft and accidental damage, but insurance can be requested. If expressly requested, once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
The assortment on NERI VITTORIANO reflects the exact availability of each item. Once the order request is received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of purchased items, the validity of the transaction via credit card, and to verify the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on NERI VITTORIANO. In the event that ordered items are not available, or if for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled as requested by the Customer, the Orders office will promptly notify the Customer.
